San Antonio, Texas
Located in San Antonio, Texas, the Center for the Intrepid and Fisher House is one of many out-of- state projects that we have completed in recent years. Working closely with the Landscape Architect, Smith Group-JJR, we successfully completed an intricate landscape within a very tight construction schedule. During construction Texas was experiencing unusual weather including severe thunderstorms and extreme cold that threatened the 42 22’ palm trees brought in from California and caused unexpected construction delays.
As a result of the successful completion of the Center for the Intrepid and Fisher House in San Antonio, WH Canon Landscape Company completed several additional projects for the same design team including Fisher House installations in Richmond, VA and Dallas, TX.
The completion of this high profile project was met with a grand opening ceremony that attracted an array of influential world leaders and celebrities including Senator John McCain and Senator Hillary Clinton.
