Warren, Michigan
The Warren, Michigan City Hall and City Square project was a high profile and intricate landscape installation. Designed by Smith Group-JJR (www.smithgroupjjr.com), the landscape combines large perennial planters, lawn areas, street trees and nearly 30,000 square feet of concrete pavers. We performed all the earthwork, landscape, site furnishings, concrete pavers and irrigation at both the City Hall and City Square. All trades worked closely together to ensure project completion before the grand opening. In total the project incorporated over 150 trees, 650 shrubs, 8,250 perennials and 200 site furnishings. The site gives the City of Warren a completely new face in a state-of- the-art City Hall.
